Support helps create more time and opportunity to connect with people, listen to their stories, keep learning, create meaningful content, and reach people who may not have found Becoming Faithful otherwise.
Even without financial support, Becoming Faithful will continue.
Why US$1 a Month?
One U.S. dollar by itself is not enough to sustain the work of Becoming Faithful, but one person choosing to support with US$1 per month still matters.
The idea is not to put the weight of Becoming Faithful on any one person or ask anyone to carry more than they reasonably can. US$1 is intentionally small so that supporting does not have to break anyone's back financially by itself.
But when many individual people each choose to put something small into the same work, those small contributions can come together and become something much bigger and stronger than what any one person could create alone.
Together, that support can create more time and opportunity to connect with people, listen to their stories, keep learning, create meaningful content, strengthen the community that is already here, and reach people who Becoming Faithful has not yet had the opportunity to connect with.
Support Does Not Buy Influence
If someone chooses to give more than US$1 per month, that support is appreciated, but giving more does not give anyone more influence over the message, direction, priorities, or whose stories are shared.
Becoming Faithful should never become something where the amount someone gives determines how much their voice matters. The goal is to remain focused on loving God, loving people, learning openly, and serving one person at a time.
Becoming Faithful Will Continue
Financial support can help create more time, improve resources, and expand the opportunities to reach and connect with people, but Becoming Faithful does not depend on financial support in order to continue.
If no one chooses to give, I will still keep moving forward, keep learning, keep creating, and keep doing what I can one step at a time.
Support affects the time, speed, and reach of the work. It does not determine whether the mission continues.

Starting Small, Growing to Serve Others
My situation as of October 22, 2026: I am currently unemployed, and Becoming Faithful is receiving approximately US$10 per month in support. At this early stage, most of the money is intended to help cover my personal living bills so I can continue building the ministry. This is not money currently being distributed through the future community programs described below. I want donors to know that clearly before giving.
My goal is not to use a growing ministry as a way to become wealthy or to keep increasing my personal spending. I hope that, as support grows and Becoming Faithful becomes sustainable, a greater share of its resources can go toward helping other people, creating career opportunities, supporting churches, and meeting needs. This is a goal, not a guarantee of a particular percentage or a claim that those programs already exist. Reasonable living support and operating expenses may still be necessary.
Financial Updates: Follow the Money as We Grow
This is a starting snapshot. I intend to add dated updates showing what came in, what went out, and how the balance between personal support, operating costs, and direct help to others changes. Amounts and percentages will be published only when verified, not estimated or made up.

What future updates should show: reporting period; support received; founder living support or compensation; website and operating expenses; direct community aid; employment and church partnerships if launched; and any funds retained for future use. If a category has no verified figure yet, I will mark it as unavailable rather than pretend it is zero. I will also explain significant changes in priorities.
These updates will not disclose individual donors or recipients without their permission. Being transparent with money does not require exposing someone else’s private information.

How support may be used today: Contributions help cover my current personal living bills so I can devote time to Becoming Faithful; website hosting and upkeep; technology, online tools, and equipment; and storage or workspace needed for online work. This means some contributions may directly benefit me personally. I want people to understand that before they choose to give.
Giving is entirely voluntary. Please do not give money that you need for food, housing, medicine, or other necessities. Giving more does not buy authority, influence, or preferential treatment.

What We Hope to Build
These are future goals, not current services or funded commitments. As support and participation grow, I hope to share clearer updates about money received, expenses paid, and how priorities change.
- Career opportunities: Eventually create paid positions in a variety of fields so people can gain real work experience in careers they want to pursue, with fair pay and applicable employment protections.
- Supporting local churches: Becoming Faithful is not a replacement for a church. I hope to help willing churches develop more accessible hours, potentially including 24/7 availability where feasible, so night-shift workers, weekend workers, and people seeking safe fellowship at unusual hours have somewhere to go.
- Helping people in need: As resources allow, help meet genuine needs within church communities, inspired by the sharing and care described in Acts 2:44–47; 4:32–35; 6:1–7 (KJV). We would need responsible guidelines and safeguards before launching an assistance program.
These hopes will depend on funding, partnerships, volunteer capacity, legal requirements, and responsible planning. No particular job, church schedule, or assistance payment is being promised now.
Questions and Financial Accountability
Before contributing, please ask about the current legal structure, who receives and controls funds, and applicable tax treatment. Do not assume contributions are tax-deductible. I intend to provide clearer financial updates as Becoming Faithful grows; until then, please do not mistake these goals for an existing budget or operating program.
